How to redeem your voucher

Your Savn voucher is digital, so there is nothing to print or wait for in the mail. Open it from your account and present it directly to the merchant.

Open your voucher

Find the voucher in your Savn account or open it from your purchase confirmation.

Visit the business

Go to the participating merchant before the voucher expires and follow any redemption instructions shown on the deal.

Show your code

Present the QR code to the merchant. They can scan it or enter the voucher code manually.

Enjoy your purchase

Once accepted, the voucher is marked as redeemed and you can enjoy the product, service, or experience.

Before you visit

Check the deal details for expiration dates, appointment requirements, eligible locations, redemption hours, exclusions, and any other merchant-specific instructions.

First, confirm that the voucher has not expired or already been redeemed. If the merchant cannot accept a valid voucher, contact Savn support and include your voucher code so we can help.
