FOR AGENCIES

Operate your local-deals agency on Savn.

The Agency Workspace is Savn’s traditional, full-service sales model. Your agency brings merchants under its own agreements, then manages their storefronts, offers, team, and eligible merchant payouts using Savn’s marketplace infrastructure.

This is an agency-controlled model

Merchants assigned to your agency do not claim or manage their Savn storefronts. Your agency is their point of contact and controls the storefront, business locations, deals, and merchant payout workflow for as long as that merchant remains assigned to your agency.

Watch this quick overview to see how agencies bring merchants to Savn, manage their local deals, operate their sales team, and control the merchant relationship through the Agency Workspace.

Standard Agency Workspace Pricing

$400 / month

+ 2% per agency-managed voucher subtotal

Applicable tax may be added. Applying does not create a charge. Savn first reviews your application. If approved, you authorize the displayed monthly subscription in Stripe Checkout, and the first successful payment activates the workspace. Savn may approve a different monthly price or transaction fee before activation.

Subscription payment

Pays Savn for the Agency Workspace each month.

Connected payout account

Separately receives eligible agency earnings through Stripe Connect.

How the traditional model works

Your agency operates the merchant relationship.

01

Your agency signs the merchant

You establish the merchant relationship, obtain authorization, decide what services you provide, and bill the merchant separately under your own agreement.

02

You build and operate its Savn presence

Create the storefront, add approved business locations, and publish deals. Agency-created merchants are verified, and agency-created deals publish without Savn’s normal merchant review.

03

Customers purchase through Savn

Savn powers checkout, digital vouchers, QR redemption, gifts, promo-code validation, transaction records, and the customer marketplace experience.

04

You manage the business relationship

Your agency supports the merchant, maintains accurate offers, controls eligible merchant payout timing, and pays its own team according to its internal arrangements.

Workspace capabilities

Control your merchant portfolio

How money and payouts work

Merchant pricing: Your agency decides whether and how it bills merchants for its services under separate contracts. Savn does not set or collect those agency service charges.

Voucher transactions: Savn records the sale and applicable allocations. The standard Savn agency fee is 2% of the agency-managed voucher subtotal unless a different approved rate applies.

Merchant proceeds: Your agency chooses its holding period and payout schedule. It can record a payment made manually or release an eligible payment using supported Stripe Connect tools. Your agency is responsible for paying the merchant accurately and maintaining its records.

Agency earnings: Eligible agency earnings are consolidated for the agency’s connected payout account. Your agency separately pays its salespeople or employees according to its own arrangements.

Agency promo codes: Discounts created by your agency apply only to eligible merchants in your portfolio and reduce the agency’s retained earnings—not merchant proceeds, salesperson credit, or Savn’s fee.

Important responsibilities

Merchant authorization: Only add a business your agency is authorized to represent. Savn checks for duplicate storefronts, but your agency remains responsible for the legitimacy of its merchant relationship.

No merchant login: An agency-managed merchant cannot claim or operate the storefront. The agency must handle requested storefront changes, deal updates, support, and payout communication.

Automatic verification and publishing: Agency-created merchants are verified and agency-created deals can publish immediately. That speed means your agency—not Savn—is responsible for accuracy, permissions, lawful advertising, fulfillment, and merchant conduct.

City availability: Agencies choose from approved Savn cities. If a city is missing, submit a city request and wait for Savn Admin approval before creating that location.

Scams and disputes: Your agency is responsible for the merchants it creates, accepts, or has assigned to it. Fraud, misrepresentation, unauthorized offers, or merchant misconduct can lead to removal or suspension under the Agency Terms.

Non-exclusive marketplace: Multiple agencies—including competing agencies—may operate in the same city or state. There are no protected territories. Contacting a business does not reserve it. A merchant belongs to your portfolio only after it is properly created or assigned in Savn, and Savn Admin may correct an accidental assignment.
